Somewhere down the road I picked up a razor blade in my tire. I am a home health nurse and still had a couple of patients to see that day. Filled up with air a couple places and my last visit came out and 3# of air was all I had. Thank goodness I was close to home and Pomps in Lockwood. Husband came with an air tank filled the tire up and I headed straight to Pomps. I called while waiting for my husband, and they were within 30 minutes of closing. And on a Friday night! I got there in time and they stayed to fix my tire. From the gal at the desk, I believe her name is Phoebe, to the gentleman who came out to tell me about my tire, it was a wonderful experience....again! Not my 1st rodeo with tire issues! Would recommend Lockwood Pomps highly!

I called these guys, they told me 3-4 hours it was quite the stretch but we're willing to wait. called back at the 4 hour mark and then that's when they decided to tell me know that they were going to be another 4 hours making it a 7 hour wait with no communication! otherwise I could have easily called someone out from another town further away and had my guys on the road long before the potential 7hr wait. completely brutal! not only that but they had already charged me $1,100 for the call before coming!

Had a screw in the tire, on a road trip so we stopped in here. They were able to fix it in a timely manner and were fast & efficient, and affordable. Nice staff too! Thank you for your prompt service & care! Highly recommend!

I travel the country on a regular bases and deal with many shops. This place is top shelf.They have very knowledgeable technician who are extremely polite. That is far a few in between these days..Not to mention great prices and fast service.
